Kiwilaw invites you to identify problems with the administration of small estates in New Zealand, and to propose solutions.
This entirely independent initiative is prompted by (a) writing an opinion piece for Capital Letter and (b) wanting to see effective improvement in the ‘system’ in my lifetime.
It’s easy to use technology to collect such ideas and see what arrives. So I’m doing it.
Spoiler alert – this form also invites you to make a small financial contribution – including to a trust fund to help families who cannot afford upfront legal fees to apply for probate or letters of administration.
Guarantee – you will NOT be added to a mailing list, solicited for contributions, or (unless you expressly agree) have your name published.
